弧板电选机使用及操作
User Manual of Arc-Plate Style Electrical Sorting Machine

一、简介（Introduction）

        弧板式电选机是在溜板式电选机和筛板式电选机的基础上改进研制的新式选矿设备，具有耗能小、产量大，易操作等优点，适用于澳州、印尼、越南等地区的锆英石、金红石、锡矿石等稀有金属矿的扫选及精选。
       Arc-Plate Style Electricity Sorting Machine is the new type of mineral processing equipment based on the improvement of Slide-Plate Style Electrical Sorting Machine and Sieve-Plate Style Electrical Sorting Machine. It has the characters of low energy consumption, large output, easy operation, etc. It adapts to the selection of rare metal ore, such as zircon, rutile, tin ore which distribute in Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam and so on.


二、工作原理及结构（Structure and working principle）
  
        本机采用双排四层结构，每层都有接地弧形溜板（无锈钢制），其上部安装一弧状带高压静电板（铝板制），此电极板固定不动（但可调），在接通高压静电后，矿物经下矿板溜至接地弧板进入高压电场区，导电矿物被感应而带电，吸向电极，但由于受到重力作用，故它的运动轨迹不同于非导体矿而从前方排出，非导体矿也受到电场作用，但不会被吸引而进入下层再分选，复选四次直至矿产品合格。
        This machine has the structure of two rows and four stories in each row. Each floor has an earthing curved slide board (stainless steel). On the top it has an arc-shaped high-voltage electrostatic plate (aluminum), which is stationary (but adjustable). When connected to high voltage static electricity, the ore minerals slip into high-voltage field area via earthing arc plate, then conductive minerals charged by induction and attracted to the electrode. Due to gravity, it is discharged from the front which is different from the non-conductive ore. Meanwhile, non-conductive mineral has also been affected by the electric field, but will not be attracted into the lower re-sorting. The process will be conducted for four times until the minerals are qualified.
 

三、安装（Installation）

       1、本机配有底架，安装时要求垂直放置。
      2、接地要良好，地线要用铜管或角钢、水管在室外潮湿处深埋2～3米。
      3、高压电缆安装时最好套在塑料管内，以防漏电。
      4、矿仓加热导线要选用4.5mm2电缆，本机控制柜里设有高、低温开关。
      1. The machine is equipped with chassis and it should be placed vertically when installed.
      2. It should be grounded well. The ground line should be buried with angle iron or water pipe into a 2-3 meters wet underground place.
      3. High-voltage cables should be in plastic tube to prevent leakage.
      4. Ore storage heating wire should be 4.5 square millimeter cable. There are high and low temperature switches in control cabinet.
 

   四、操作（Operation）

      接通电源后，按下高压开关按钮，顺时针慢慢转动调节手把，将电压调至2～3万伏。
      拉下给料手把，调整给矿量，观察物料在孤板上分布是否均匀，然后观察矿物分选效果，因各矿物颜色不同，操作时可根据选出的矿物颜色情况调整分矿板的位置或调整高压静电电压的高低，当电压高时选出的导电矿物量多，反之，则少。
      Connected to power, press the voltage switch button, rotate adjustment handle clockwise slowly, and adjust the voltage to 20-30 Kilo volts.
      Pull down the handle, adjust the amount of the mine, observe whether the distribution of material is uniform/even in the arc plate, and then observe the effects of mineral separation. Because the mineral colors are different, we can adjust sub-ore mineral board position or the static voltage according to the color selected, when the voltage is high, the amount of conductive minerals will be large, on the contrary, will be less.


 

   五、注意事项（A point for attention）

      1、本机工作时电极板上带高压静电，在工作中严禁接触电极。如要对电极调整时，必须关掉高压电源，停机前要先将电压调节手把调回到零位置，再关掉电源。
      2、对分矿板的调整，必要时可在开机时进行，但操作人员要与电极保持适当距离，以防触电。（在选矿时对分矿板的调整相对容易，操作人员可根据矿物的运动轨迹的变化调整分矿板）。
      3、本机电控柜中设有二级保护电路设置，当高压输出电流过大时（1.2安以上）会自动停机，以保护高压发生器。
      1. Electrode is forbidden to touch. You must turn off the high voltage power supply before adjusting the electrode. Make sure the voltage regulator handle back to zero position before turn off the power.
      2. When adjusting separate ore plate, the operator must keep an appropriate distance from the electrodes.
      3. Two protection circuits are set in control cabinet. The machine will automatically be shut down to protect the high voltage generator when the high-voltage output current is too large (1.2 amp. or above).

 

   六、故障及排除（Trouble Shooting）

      如高压输出突然停止，原因可能是：
      1、高压线对地短路；需检查高压线是否正常。
      2、绝缘板上灰尘太多，造成使输出电流过大；必须用高压风枪清洁处理。
      3、矿斗出现阻塞；本机每层各有一个出矿斗，因异物如飞虫等掉到里面会阻塞出料口，使矿物堆积过多会引起高压放电，必须经常检查各下矿口，保持矿流的顺畅。
      If high-voltage output suddenly stops, there are probably the following reasons:
      1. High-voltage wire is short circuit to the ground; please check whether the high-voltage wire is well.
      2. Too much dust on insulating board, which cause the output current large, please clean with high-pressure air gun.
      3. Ore bucket is blocked. There is an ore bucket in each floor of the machine. The outlet port may be blocked if some unexpected objects (such as insect) fell into it. Please check the outlet port frequently to keep the ore flowing smoothly.
